NeoDash Application Terms of Use
Welcome to the NeoDash application ("Application"). By accessing and using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read these terms carefully before using the Application. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
1.1. The NeoDash Application allows users to connect their advertising and CRM accounts to persist and visualize their data.
1.2. By using the Application, you represent that you have the necessary permissions to connect your advertising and CRM accounts and you are solely responsible for obtaining such permissions.
2.1. The Application, including but not limited to its content, logos, design, features, and functionality, is owned exclusively by NeoDash or licensed to NeoDash.
2.2. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any intellectual property rights in the Application except for the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
2.3. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or commercially exploit any content from the Application without prior written authorization from NeoDash.

3.1. NeoDash collects and stores personal data and information provided by you during the use of the Application. The processing of such data is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://go.neodash.ai/privacy-and-security.
3.2. NeoDash employs appropriate security measures to protect your data, but it cannot guarantee the absolute security of transmitted or stored information.
4.1. The use of the Application is at your own risk. NeoDash shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other damages arising from the use of the Application.
4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials to the Application and for all activities performed through your account.

5.1. NeoDash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
5.2. NeoDash shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or interruption of the Application.
6.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Brazil.
6.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Brazil.
